# 개인정보 처리방침 — 사주 투자 (SAJU INVEST)

사주 투자(SAJU INVEST, 이하 "서비스")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다. 본 서비스는 **만 18세 이상**을 대상으로 하며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

## 1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
**이용자가 직접 입력하는 정보**
- **생년월일 및 출생 시간**(사주 계산용)
- **성별, MBTI, 닉네임**
- **관심 종목·코인**(이용자가 입력한 경우)

**자동으로 수집되는 정보**
- **기기 식별자 및 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA)**, 앱 이용·상호작용 기록, 대략적 지역·언어, 오류·진단 정보
- **익명 인증 ID**(실명·이메일을 요구하지 않음)

**수집하지 않는 정보:** 정밀 위치, 연락처, 주민등록번호 등 고유식별정보, 금융계좌번호.

## 2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적
- 사주 차트, 궁합 점수, 운세, 리포트, AI 응답 등 **엔터테인먼트 기능** 제공
- 인앱결제 처리(Apple/Google) 및 보상형 광고 제공
- 서비스 운영·보안·오류 분석·개선
- 법령 준수 및 이용약관 이행

이용자의 **동의**(온보딩 시 수집) 및 서비스 운영을 위한 정당한 이익을 근거로 처리합니다.

## 3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 입력 정보(생년월일시·성별·MBTI·닉네임 등)는 **원칙적으로 이용자 기기 내에 저장**되며, **앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제**됩니다.
- 서버 측 기록(결제·이용 관련 메타데이터 등)은 관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)이 정한 기간 또는 처리 목적 달성 시까지 보유 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.

## 4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 ① 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우, ② 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우에는 예외로 합니다. (광고 식별자 처리는 제5·11조 참조)

이용자는 온보딩 동의 및 본 방침을 통해 국외 이전에 관한 사항을 고지받습니다. 동의를 원치 않을 경우 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

## 7. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 **열람·정정·삭제·처리정지**를 요구할 수 있습니다.
- **행사 방법:** 앱 내 **설정 → 개인정보 선택**, 또는 이메일(**[email protected]**)로 요청
- **광고 맞춤화 거부:** 앱 내 **설정 → 개인정보 선택 → 광고 개인화 제한**, 또는 기기의 광고 설정
- 요청 시 본인 확인 후 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에 처리합니다. 법정대리인 또는 위임받은 자를 통해서도 행사할 수 있습니다.

## 8. 개인정보의 파기
처리 목적이 달성되었거나 보유기간이 경과한 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.

전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS), 접근권한 관리, 최소 수집 원칙 등 합리적인 관리적·기술적 보호조치를 시행합니다. 다만 어떠한 전송·저장 방식도 100% 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

## 10. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

This Policy applies to users of the SAJU INVEST app. The Service is for users ****18 and older**** and is ****not directed to children**** (see Section 8).

## 3. How We Use Information

- To generate your Saju chart, compatibility scores, fortunes, reports, and AI responses (entertainment features)
- To process in-app purchases (via Apple/Google) and provide rewarded ads
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms

## 4. How We Share Information (Third Parties)

We share limited information with service providers and partners:

## 5. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Laws)

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. Most profile inputs are stored ****on your device**** and are removed when you delete the app; server-side records (e.g., purchase/usage metadata) are retained per our retention schedule. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit). No method is 100% secure.

## 8. Children (COPPA)
